Our Pilates classes are for everyone, all levels whether you play padel or simply want to feel stronger, more flexible, and in control.
We combine classic and contemporary Pilates, incorporating equipment alongside bodyweight, to build strength, improve balance and posture, and increase flexibility.

Mats will also be provided but please feel free to bring your own. Pilates classes will either be on a padel court or in a hall upstairs.
